Dreamhost has been a great value for the money as the deals with the promo codes are hard to beat. Signed up for the L1 account. I got 20GB of storage and 1 TB of traffic for less than $30 a year with a free domain registration. Only downside is they do not offer CPanel which I had become very comfortable with, however their conrol panel achieves the same effectiveness.

I've been with Dreamhost for about 9 months. I did have an issue with CPU usage as my site is a resource hog. Tech support contacted me and put me on another server, however there were no problems at all and my account has remained intact in good standing. Other than that there has been no other problems or need to contact support.
