Just my 2 cents. I have been using Dreamhost for more than 6 months now and they have been awesome. All of my support request have been answered promptly. They even offer 3 call backs a month with their hosting plans (Who else does that?).

I haven't found any other webhost which offers same value as Dreamhost. SSH, Mailing List (Mailman), 192GB/month, ~8Gig for only ~$16/month. And I last month I used about 160Gig bandwidth and there was no problem at all.
